Payment Details: A minimum deposit of 50% is requested to confirm 'room only' Chalet reservations, or 20% deposit for all inclusive bookings for both Chalet rooms and the Jackal-Berry Tree House. No deposits are necessary for camping or Safari Tent reservations. The deposit must be received before the reservation will be confirmed. A reservation confirmation will be sent to the guest via e-mail once the deposit is received. Reservations without confirmation may be released unless specified by Chibuli Guides & Tours Ltd. Deposits can be paid by direct transfer or Visa - details on application. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date. Flatdogs Camp (Chibuli Guides & Tours Ltd.) accepts Zambian Kwacha, US dollars, GB pounds, Euros and SA Rand. US dollar Travellers' Cheques are also accepted as payment by ourselves and by National Parks. We are able to accept Visa and MasterCard, however please be aware that there is a 5% surcharge on all credit card payments.
