- These rates do not include a contribution to the Luangwa Conservation & Community Fundof $5 pppn for inclusive bookings, $2 pppn for room only, and $1 pppn for camping.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars per person per night.
- Inclusive packages include accommodation, all meals, two game-viewing activities per day, National Park entry fees, laundry service and return Mfuwe airport transfers.
- Drinks and items of a personal nature (shop, Internet, etc.) are not included.
- Safari Activities (if not on inclusive package) $45 per person exc Park Fees
- Please note that if ZAWA increase park entry fees without notice, this increase will be passed onto guests.
- A child is any person less than 12 years old. Infants under 4 years are free of charge or pay $40 per night on inclusive package.
- Private vehicle rates available on request but groups of four in the Tree House will have a private vehicle automatically.
- Provisional bookings will generally be held for 21 days following which a 25% deposit (50% deposit for accommodation-only reservations) should be paid or the booking will be released.
- Payment in full required 30 days before travel unless otherwise arranged.
